Helping Georgians, One Heart at a Time

I help

6-9 “This is the kind of fast day I’m after: to break the chains of injustice, get rid of exploitation in the workplace,

free the oppressed, cancel debts. What I’m interested in seeing you do is: sharing your food with the hungry, inviting the homeless poor into your homes, putting clothes on the shivering ill-clad, being available to your own families.

Do this and the lights will turn on, and your lives will turn around at once. Your righteousness will pave your way. The God of glory will secure your passage. Then when you pray, God will answer. You’ll call out for help and I’ll say, ‘Here I am.’ A Full Life in the Emptiest of Places

You’ll use the old rubble of past lives to build anew,
rebuild the foundations from out of your past.
You’ll be known as those who can fix anything,
restore old ruins, rebuild and renovate,
make the community livable again

Isaiah 58: 6-9 The Message

How We Can Help

We'll just go through these 4 easy steps

1

Identifying Your Needs

The first step in helping you get from the stress you are into the peace God has for you is deciding how you got to where you are, what you need to move forward and what resources you require to get there.

Our Trained counselors will help YOU develop a realistic time table and needs list in order to assist you in moving forward and keeping yourself from falling into the same ruts again.

2

Developing Your Plan

In the development phase of the process, you will write your plan, identifying the hows and whys of your circumstances, the missing ingredients to your life that caused these issues and what training or information you need to prevent future issues.

This can include anything from books to read on the subject, job training,  skill-building, budgeting assistance, resume assistance, educational assistance, financial assistance or a lot of other options based entirely on your plan.

3

Implementing Your Plan

In the Implementation Phase, you will be applying the knowledge and resources we assist you with to overcome the hurdles that are stopping your success. Your counselor will be available to assist you with each step or misstep along the way, continually cheering you on with a positive attitude and no judgment.

4

Revisiting Your Plan

In the revisiting phase (Every 90 days) we will take a look back on your successes, look for growth opportunities and look for ways to improve the plan or process. We want feedback from you on what worked well and what could have gone better. This is vital to helping and other Georgians in the future.
